Support and Resources

One of FORWARD's main functions is to provide help, information and support in relation to Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), not only to girls and women affected by or at risk of FGM, but also to professionals and the general public at large. This support includes provision of counselling and referrals for specialist health services, information, materials, training and overall help and advice in relation to the various issues associated with FGM.

In this section you will find specific help and advice in relation to FGM and child protection for girls and women affected by FGM and for professionals and the general public. In addition there is a wealth of information and resources relating to FGM, Child Marriage and Fistula including FORWARD Publications and the FORWARD Video Library, as well as a wide variety of documents and articles and useful links to other organisations working on these issues.
