UK Launch of European Knowledge Platform for Professionals Dealing with FGM

FORWARD in collaboration with the Bar Human Rights Committee of England and Wales invites you to the UK launch of The United to END FGM (UEFGM) European Knowledge Platform, a free-of charge online platform offering information and practical advice to professionals on female genital mutilation (FGM).

The knowledge platform includes: an e-learning course (consists of 6 streams Health, Asylum, Law Enforcement Police and Judicial, Social and Child Protection, Education and the role of the media) available in 9 languages, country specific information covering 11 EU member states, as well as ‘live knowledge’ including webinars and an online discussion forum.

Please do join us as we hear from professionals in health, asylum, law and more on how this platform could help you in your role working with girls and women at risk of and affected by FGM.
